The Clinic provides optometry services including comprehensive eye examinations, screening and diagnostic assessments, vision correction, prescription eyewear, contact lens fitting and ongoing eye care. Clinical recommendations are made on a case-by-case basis following a professional assessment.
3. Appointments
Appointment requests submitted through this website are confirmed by our team by phone, email or WhatsApp. Please arrive a few minutes early. If you need to reschedule or cancel, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance so the slot can be offered to another patient.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices for examinations, frames, lenses and other products are confirmed before service is rendered. We accept payment via the channels communicated at the clinic. HMO coverage must be confirmed before your visit; any balance not covered by your HMO remains your responsibility.
5. HMO & Insurance
We work with a growing network of HMOs. Authorization requirements, eligibility and covered benefits vary by plan. The Clinic is not responsible for services declined by your HMO where prior authorization was not obtained.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — text, images, logos and design — belongs to Elite Eyes and Opticals and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take every professional precaution, the Clinic shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Clinical care is provided in accordance with applicable professional standards.
